One thing we do well is salad! Perfect for any occasion our salad platters serve three to four people. 

Poached chicken, avocado, cucumber & tomato, on a bed of leafy mixed greens, garnished with fresh capsicum, red onion & sundried tomato.

Dressings are served on the side to maintain salad freshness!
