Salad Platter: Creamy Pasta

One thing we do well is salad! Our salad platter serves three to four people.

This lovely platter is made with Penne pasta, grated carrot, red capsicum, red onion and parmesan, mixed with chili mayo dressing.

Dressings are served on the side to maintain salad freshness!
